Here is a sneak peek of what’s inside the pages of My Ideal Bookshelf. This is the awesome bookshelf of George Weld. George is a chef–he runs Egg and Parish Hall in Williamsburg, both very excellent restaurants that you should check out if you haven’t already. George is also a poet and a huge reader. Which explains the wonderful mix of letters and food on his shelf. Enjoy!
